The witness Giuseppe Procopio (known as “Pino”) then confirmed what the offended person reported, namely that using his mobile phone, he passed the call to Francesco Saverio Macrina, director of the Banca Intesa, branch of Soverato (CZ – Catanzaro), to let him talk to the victim and convince him towards an amicable solution.
